20′ insulated container

The 20′ (6 m) Insulated Container is our most common and popular model, ideal for storage that must remain dry. Its 40–60 mm PIR insulation prevents condensation, keeping contents safe from moisture.

• Walls, doors, and ceiling: PIR insulated

• Interior walls: White steel sheets for easy cleaning and moisture resistance

• Floor: Insulated underneath with 50 mm XPS, pallet jack friendly, load capacity >25,000 kg

• Ventilation: Two disc valves standard

• Doors: Double doors at the end with welded protective case, padlock ready

⚠️ PIR insulation lasts longer than wool, does not mold, and provides up to 50% better insulation than traditional wool, maximizing internal storage space.

Construction & Materials

• Built from ISO-compliant marine container, ensuring a long lifetime and road transportability

• Floor options: standard plywood or bamboo

• Standard weight: 2,100–2,400 kg depending on model

• Can be supplied as new, new-used, or older container (see below)

• Optional accessories: lighting, heating, shelves, radiator with thermostat, inlets, improved ventilation, footings for equipment

New vs Used Containers

New Container:

• Marine container, used once

• Protective case included

• Very clean, doors fully functional

• Minimal maintenance, long lifetime

• Equipped with new PIR insulation

Used Container:

• Watertight container, approximately 7 years old

• Shows external signs of use

• Protective case can be supplied as additional equipment

• Requires some maintenance (e.g., rust treatment, occasional door repair)

SOC Containers (for international freight):

• Suitable for road and sea transport, ISO-compliant

• Valid CSC plate and stamp

• Floors not insulated; ventilation via container’s own valves

• Must be requested when placing an order
