With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open living, kitchen, and dining space, this home is perfect for a permanent residence, weekend Airbnb, or residential ADU.

• Structural steel reinforcement and durable Sherwin Williams exterior paint

• Exterior doors and windows:

  • 3 × 5’4” × 6’8” residential vinyl sliding entry doors with locks and screens

  • 1 × steel entry door with lock

  • Multiple casement windows with screens and privacy latches

  • 2 exterior lights outside front doors

• All framing with drywall finish

• Pocket doors at bathrooms and bedrooms

• Openings cut for living room/kitchen and bathroom access
